Wedding Coordinator   Event Director

CHICweddings inc. will coordinate every aspect of the event including, but not limited to:

• Wedding and reception venues
• All necessary vendors
• Caterer
• Photographer
• Florist
• Music (ceremony and reception)
• Stationery

Personal services including:

• Etiquette
• Dress shopping
• Salon
• Hotel blocks and travel agent
• Complimentary teeth whitening for the bride by Kenneth C. Sensenbrenner, DMD

20% off all stationery orders through CHICweddings inc.

Contracts will be between the bride / groom and the vendors.

Package includes up to 20 hours of consultation. A meeting prior to the week of the event, meeting with the involved parties two days prior to the wedding, the rehearsal, ceremony, and time deemed necessary at the reception.

Anything over 20 hours will be billed at the hourly consultation rate.
